With the current supply issues and expense of EXPANDEX® MFD has been searching for an equivalent solution. After over 18 months we think its close enough to release. This modified tapioca starch equivalent is also gluten free.
MFD's expandex equivalent exhibits excellent resistance to heat, acidic pH and shear. This starch has a bland neutral taste which will not inhibit your other flavours.
IMPORTANT
This product is still in development and recipes are yet to be finalised. Some experimentation is required on your part. The best part is the supply has been locked in for 2021-2022.
