OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All other international orders have been suspended from the portal. Keeping track of the constantly changing import restrictions for all the various countires was becoming impossible. It lead to costly returns, upset customers and charge backs. Cusomers will still be liable for the extra fees and charges applied by your countries importing authority. See below
MFD are still able to ship internationally but it is not live. Get in contact to arrange your order. Payment is required prior into our relevant ForEx account. A QR code will be sent containing all the payment information. Credit card payment is NO LONGER accepted for non NZ international orders.
Extra Fees and charges associated with importing your order
Please be aware that the Melbourne Food Depot takes no responsibility for extra fees, charges, taxes or tariffs placed on the shipment by your customs or border security department. You are also responsible for paying these duties & taxes and obtaining all the necessary licences and permits to carry out the importation of the goods prior to order being shipped.
