Natural Lactic Acid (E270) Powder produced from the fermentation of sugar. This white powder has a really sour kick ideal for many applications. This powder dissolves in hot or cold water and is an easy inclusion in many baking recipes. This Lactic acid powder form is stronger than the liquid version we sell. If you are thinking of swapping over please test by using 15% less than the liquid version. Once completed compare the results and make adjustments.
Caution should be exercised when using this powder. It is a strong acid in powder form. Please wear gloves, safety glasses and wash any contimated area under flowing water for 10 minutes. If enhaled or enters your eyes please contact emergency.

The majority of our customers do not require this paperwork so we are able to pass on the savings. The cost of supplying this paperwork for a $10 product outstrips the product price. Compliance is a major cost to our company and if you require this then its only fair you share the cost.
