Quinoline (E104) Powder 20g Water Applications. Ideal for chocolate or fat applications. Not a dye but a high quality very bright yellow pigment.
This lake is widely accepted once a side by side trial with your standard oil dye is carried out. The use rate is a lot smaller and the resulting colour is vivid. Suitable for Kosher & Halal certification.
Lakes are ideal for colouring products with little or no moisture. Making them ideal for oil based bakery and confectionery applications.
