GST & Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. This is an Australian owned and operated website with GST and Tax paid in Australia. All Credit Card Sales are billed in AUD by a combination of eWay and CBA secure online payment method. GST does not apply to international orders.
Payment methods accepted on this site. It depends which buying group your allocated to.
The methods are Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard) payment is limited to a selected, limited, amount. If you wish to order over this CC amount contact us and we will arrange an EFT proforma invoice. EFT (only available to B2B Customers)
Credit Cards - Visa and Mastercard only (limits apply)
These are processed through a third party Australian based gateway (eWay) using realtime 128BIt SSL technology. Additional information maybe required from the person placing the order. If we are not satisfied with the information provided your order will be placed on hold. If this is a problem please select one of the other payment options.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Bank deposits
This method is only available to B2B customers or GP customers who have hit the CC ceiling. When this option is selected at checkout a proforma invoice will be generated with our bank details. There are a couple of ways to go from here.
1. If you have internet banking use our account details to make the payment using the order number to ID payment and email us the reciept.
2. Please note that the email address to send your remittance to is NOT set up as a pay ID email address
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EFT
All orders using this method will be terminated if payment has not been received within 72 Hours. The goods will be returned to stock and the order will no longer be regarded as active.
Paypal (Not a valid payment method for this site)
After your first couple of regular orders its possible to become an approved customer. This will remove the credit card spending limit. This process is undertaken using all your supplied order history.
