the Melbourne food depot uses a bank secure payment system. No third parties here direct with the bank.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. This is an Australian owned and operated website with GST and Tax paid in Australia.

Payment methods accepted on this site
Through this site you are able to purchase goods in a number of ways. Some are in real time others require you to do a bit more work. The methods are Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard) and EFT (Bank deposit in a branch or over the internet. Below is a brief description of how they work.

Credit Cards - Visa and Mastercard only (Fees and limits apply)
These are processed through a third party gateway (Commonwealth Bank) using realtime 128BIt SSL technology. Additional information maybe required from the person placing the order. If we are not satisfied with the information provided your order will be placed on hold. If this is a problem please select one of the other payment options.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Bank deposits over the internet or in a branch
This method is ideal for people who do not have a credit card or paypal account. It requires a bit more work on your part but will suit businesses or non net savy people. When this option is selected at checkout a reciept will be generated with our bank details. There are a couple of ways to go from here.
1. If you have internet banking use our account details to make the payment using the order number to ID payment and email us the reciept.
2. Please note that the email address to send your remittance to is NOT set up as a pay ID email address

All orders using this method will be terminated if payment has not been received within 3 days. The goods will be returned to stock and the order will no longer be regarded as active.
