Batterbind S Starch 450g
Batterbind is a modified maize (corn) starch designed to aid better adhesion for battered food products. These include fish fingers, battered fish, poultry, meat and vegetables.
In fried or baked products, this product can improve color and flavor, crispness, and reduce blistering on the surface. The typical usage levels would be 20 to 95% of the dry batter mix.
