How do chefs use Batter Bind® S?
In fried or baked products, this product can improve color and flavor, crispness, and reduce blistering on the surface. The typical usage levels would be 20 to 95% of the dry batter mix. Batter Bind® S provides superior adhesion, reduces the blistering on the surface and contributes to the crispness.
