How is our cocoa powder organically processed?
Cocoa mass is obtained by grinding cocoa nibs (containing max. 2 % shell and maximum 10% of ash) into a fine paste. The only treatments allowed on the beans, nibs or cocoa mass shall be micronising steam treatment and thin film degassing. Cocoa mass shall not contain additives or technological aids.
