Pure GDL is a white odorless crystalline powder. Glucono-delta-lactone, upon addition to water readily forms an equilibrium mixture of the lactone GDL and gluconic acid. This product maybe supplied in a container or pouch depending on availability of packing materials.

TOFU Home Fun
23 February 2018Bought some of this to make TOFU at home with my teenager. It was a small amount so not a real major investment if it all went to billyo. It worked well but we should have also got the Calcium Sulphate to make the harder tofu style.
