Junket Tablets x 12 (Individually wrapped in foil).Used in the production of dairy deserts, custard and ice cream. This is the only style we carry, we do not sell the coloured and falvoured options.
Salt, Calcium Lactate, corn starch, Rennet, Tricalcium Phosphate and calcium sterate.
1. For plain junket - dissolve 1 tablet in a tablespoon of cold water.
2. For making flavoured dessert - double the number of tablets for a stronger flavour.
3. Gently warm 500mls of fresh milk to lukewarm (37 degrees C). If the milk gets too hot remove from heat and allow to cool. Add the dissolved junket tablets, stir quickly for a few seconds only and pour into several dessert dishes. Let stand in a warm place, the junket will set in approx 15 minutes. When firm place in the refrigerator to chill. Serve with the topping of your choice.
