What is Pectinase (Aspergillus niger)
Pectinase breaks apart non digestible plant cell walls.Pectinase is one of the most important enzymes used in the food industry.

How do I use Pectinase enzyme?
Use for enzymatic extraction. As with all enzymes they have optimal operational temperatures and pH.
Optimal pH is 3.5 - 5.0
Optimal temperature 40 - 50 Degrees C

Storage of Pectinase
Very important to store the product in the refrigerator between 4 -8 Degrees C. Do not freeze
