Xanthan gum 5kg (Manufacturers Gum, Thickener 415). Used as a thickener and emulsifier in food manufacture often in combination with Guar Gum. Really popular with Pasta and Sauce manufactuers both big and small.
Xantham Gum is a thickening and suspending agent that is heat stable, wth good tolerance for strongly acidic and basic solutions. Viscosity remains stable over wide temperature range.
