Our Celery powder is used in dry mixes for sausages, sauerkraut, BBQ rubs and Bloody Mary cocktails. It has been steam treated to reduce bacteria usually associated with this product, making it ideal for inclusion in dry pre mixes. MFD's Celery powder has a very intense smell and flavour. Please use in small quantities or test if using another product to work out correct dosing with our product.
Due to the very high nitrate content, approx 2.55 - 2.75%, if tasted straight from the container your mouth will tingle. This is not recommended but it will show you the quality of our pure Celery powder product.
