30 December 2017Learned about fumaric on a trip to Madrid, a bar guy was using it. It was what was adding the sour notes to my cocktail. Finally got our of him it was mixed with malic, citric and tartaric. Small use rate been experimenting in combo with the other powders. Getting their so will continue. Great service ordered and arrived really fast in excellent condition. Appreciate having you on my team guys.
