Ultra Sperse M Starch Powder 800g

Ultra-Sperse M is a cold water swelling modified maize starch. This product has excellent dispersibility and imparts a superior sheen, clarity, and smoothness compared to other pregelatinized starches. It also offers excellent cold temperature storage stability for refrigerated or frozen foods.

Ultra-Sperse M disperses easily in hot or cold water without lumping and yields a smooth, short texture with excellent clarity. The product is extremely resistant to harsh processing conditions including intense heating (microwaving), high shear (milling), or low pH.

This product is becoming increasingly difficult to import from America under the current conditions. Hopefully this improves in the near future so MFD can guarantee supply.
