As a white pigment powder (E171), TiO2 is widely used for its efficiency in scattering visible light, and imparting whiteness, brightness, and a high opacity. In the food industry it is mainly used in confectionery manufacture. This is food grade titanium dioxide powder.

One of the best white pigment agents available to the food industry, it is what makes marshmallows white!

Smooth consistency and opaque colour when mixed under multiple conditions. Both for food (partner's a chef) and oil paints/resins (myself). Far exceeds our expectations.
